responsive and helpful, this was an absolute perfect place to host my bachelorette weekend, we truly enjoyed our stay with them as hosts, tisha & jim were very responsive hosts--hosts were simply amazing, great place right near downtown fredericksburg, location was ideal and conveniently close to main areas such as restaurants and wineries, a nice neighborhood and very close to all of the shopping, beautiful views and quiet comfortable home, we enjoyed the light filled living room fully stocked kitchen and the relaxing deck, super fast wifi all the amenities cozy and comfortable with clean lines, then don't hesitate because the real thing is even better (decks pool lake views and modern amenities), loved the style loved the view loved the pool, despite back-to-back guests the property was exceptionally clean and beds super, sky house was amazing a beautiful clean space with a beautiful view, weve stayed in many airbnb this was a nice surprise overall a beautiful clean spacious place to stay, now combine that with a super attentive host, all around awesome house and helpful hosts, instructions to get there were easy to follow and the host was very attentive and accommodating, the house itself is stunning elizabeth was so kind and quick to respond with any questions we had, great location amazing reviews and very spacious, as soon as you walk in the door its a wow, we absolutely fell in love with the location, luxurious home with cozy and modern interior, they provide many amenities that you would need to be comfortable, the beds were super comfy with plush linens and plenty of pillows, the house was great and loved the heated pool and hot tub, it was extremely clean and spacious for our entire family, house is clean big updated and has a pool and spa, the heated pool and hot tub were both very clean and well maintained, the pool and jacuzzi were great well maintained and clean, host was very nice and responded to messages, host is nice flexible accommodating and quick to respond, roman was a gracious host and easy to communicate with, we recommend this location for larger families, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location to others, great place to stay thats not right in the city but still close enough to almost everything, location is fantastic close to everything enough comfortable space for the entire family to relax and unwind, comfortable home with spacious outdoor area, the backyard was perfect from the deck pool firepit grills and ample space, the pool and yard were awesome thank you elaine, all beds are really comfortable and has a lot of space for a big family, very clean and equipped with everything you need, the house was so clean spacious and welcoming, elaine was so responsive- much more so than the usual airbnb host, air conditioning worked great because it was hot the yard is well fenced for kids and dogs, beautiful landscaping and nature all around fantastic pool comfy bedrooms, this rental was soo pretty loved the individual rooms with full kitchenettes and stocked with snacks, this is a great quiet well-appointed place with a lovely pool, very clean with lots of thoughtful touches, thanks stephanie for being such an amazing host, location to san marcos wimberley and driftwood easy drive, the country location is very peaceful yet close enough for ease of access to austin & san antonio, the place was nice and the drive to town wasnt very far, perfect place to stay for a getaway we will be back, this place is amazing right on the water pool is great and its very clean, this house is a very cozy home with a great location, the kitchen was stocked and the a/v and wifi was great, the extra touches included fresh flowers in the kitchen and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the showers, beautiful home with a wonderful pool and great views of the hill country, we will definitely try to come back in the warmer months to enjoy the pool, the villa was super clean and extremely well appointed, the house was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, the house was clean and well equipped with all the utensils as described on the website, the host was friendly right from the moment we made the booking throughout our departure, the owners and tammy were super host and super helpful, the host tammy is really friendly and easy to reach with any questions, this villa is tucked away in hill country relatively close to major attractions, the house and pool are great and the location is perfect, if youre
